Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax levied in India on the sale of goods and services. The tax came into effect from July 1, 2017 through the implementation of One Hundred and First Amendment of the Constitution of India by the Modi government. The tax replaced existing multiple cascading taxes levied by the central and state governments. The impact of GST on Indian business can be negative and positive. The proposed GST rate is quite high than VAT which won't bring down the price of commodities. Now again the Government made revisions after revisions.

A large scale recruitment by Indian Railway across the nation, begins from January-February 2018, generating 90,000 jobs: Railway Minister Piyush Goyal. There are nearly 90,000 posts in Group C Level (Erstwhile Group D) like track maintainer, points man, helper, gateman, porter and group C Level II categories like assistant Loco Pilots (ALP), technicians (Fitter, Crane Driver, Blacksmith, Carpenter) through Railway Recruitment Boards website. But they have done something wrong in notifications like changes in the age criteria, huge fee, remove exam languages & ITI eligibility. After massive protest & outrage by candidates and one of the popular media coverage, the government are now on backfoot and again made revisions after revisions.

"I want to make it clear that the hike in the fees is because we realised that many people fill the form and then do not turn up for the exams. The government spends a lot of money on the exams. So, those who appear will get their fee refunded. Those who have paid Rs 250 will be refunded the entire amount and those who have paid Rs 500 will be refunded Rs 400. So, in effect, there is no hike. We want only the serious candidates to appear in the exams," Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.

"It has also been decided that the questions in regional languages like Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Odia, Telugu, Bangla and others will be available for candidates to take the exam," the statement said.

A class 10th pass or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) degree holder or NCTVT (National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades) degree holder would be deemed eligible to apply for the jobs in Level 1 Group C & D: Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.

The age relaxation which was given a few years ago had to be brought back to normal age. So relaxation was reduced by 2 years. Some candidates who were not aware of the changes were becoming ineligible to apply. So decided to allow age relaxation in this year's exam: Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.

Now the point is if the government had done some ground work, then revisions do not have to be repeated again and again.

This is a clear sign of immature governance of Modi government.

Suppose you are an architecture or civil engineer and you need a software where you can put the size of each bedroom, drawing room, toilet, store room, kitchen, balcony, exit gate &  entrance gate details and you will get a full architecture of your home. I have built a simple architecture using C#. All fields are dynamic that can be change anytime. You can also print those architecture image. The image will look like this: I used a simple rectangle method to build these architecture.  Create a database in ms-access. Store all information like width and length of bedroom, drawing room, toilet, store room, kitchen, balcony, exit gate &  entrance gate. Get each room length and width and build a structure using C# Now draw some architecture:                      if (flat_type=="1BHK&qu

Now coming to the point they ti

Beware! Access blocked URL's in India get 3 years in jail and penalty of 3 lakhs

Reference Link:  http://www.esoftcode.com/Blog_Details.Aspx?Blogid=17 Visiting blocked sites and URL's were fine until now. There are many ways to access blocked URL's. You can use some proxy servers to access those sites. But now you should not. Indian government has banned thousands of websites and URL's in the country with the help of nternet service providers (ISP) or under the directive of the courts. In August 2015, the government banned at least 857 sites for their pornographic contents. Moreover, the government also banned about 170 objectional sites. As per report, if you try to visit these sites and view information, you could get a 3-year jail sentence and be fine a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/-  too. This penalty is just for viewing a torrent file or downloading a file from a host that is banned in India. It is not necessary for users to download a torrent file such as videos, but just visiting the sites and viewing the information is enough to land o
