When we see Software development field and their work culture, get excited about this. However, no one knows how the software industries work. All are having different client base and dealing in their own way. I found very interesting and at the same time dangerous about downfall of quality of work in software development. बिहार में बड़ी अजीब सी स्थिति बनी हुई है, पर कब से, पिछले 30 सालों से। बिहार की हर सरकार सिर्फ अपना और अपने मंत्रियों का खजाना भड़ने में ही लगी रहती है। उनको राज्य की जनता से कोई मतलब नहीं रहता है। पर जनता वोट जरूर देती है भले ही उनका कोई भला ना हो। चलिए आज बात करते है २ मुलभुत जरूरतों की जिसका बंटाधार हुआ पड़ा है: 1. शिक्षा 2. रोजगार  अब आप लोग कहेंगे की इसमें क्या बुराई है। शिक्षा हमें लेनी नहीं है और रोजगार हमे मिलने वाला नहीं है । सबसे पहले बात करते है शिक्षा की। बिहार में शिक्षा व्यवस्था का जो मजाक उड़ाया जा रहा है वैसा मैंने और कहीं नहीं देखा है। यहाँ पर हम पहले ये बता दे, की ना तो हम लालू जी के फैन है और ना ही नितीश जी के। बस जो चल रहा था और जो चल रहा है उसको समझाने की कोसिस कर रहे है। लालू जी के सरकार में 2 चीज़ें अच्छी थी। एक तो सामाजिक उत्थान के लिए जो उन्होंने किए वो सच में कबीले तारीफ था। उन्होंने निचे के तबके को सब के साथ ला कर बिठाया जो एक बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है। दूसरा की उस समय अध्यापकों की भर्ती प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के आधार पर होती थी। जो की हर मायने में सही था। सबको मौका मि
