When we see Software development field and their work culture, get excited about this. However, no one knows how the software industries work. In these days, there are plenty of software development companies, entrepreneur, in the form of freelancers, small companies, and giant companies in every city of the world. All are having different client base and dealing in their own way. I found very interesting and at the same time dangerous about downfall of quality of work in software development. I found following reason about downfall of quality of work:
- Too Much Price Negotiation
- Unskilled Freelancers or Unskilled Team
- Internship for Making Profits
Too Much Price Negotiation
As per my experience, I found out that price negotiation in every business is happening and it is worth it. Too much price negotiation is not worth it. Suppose if a website development actual cost is $500 and you want it in $100, it is not possible in any way. However, in these days you will get the same thing in $100 why? Because you compromise with the quality of work. Many companies and freelancers are providing websites, mobile apps & software in very cheap price. Because, they compromise with the quality. I am asking a simple thing, why you are investing in your business that having not a professional quality. May be two reasons:
You are just an inexperienced person who want to do good business but do not want to invest in your product. In that case, most of the business will fail.
This is interesting. You think that, software development companies or freelancers are fools. Get as much work done, as you want in your price. Not interested in quality of product. In this case, most of the business will fail again.

Unskilled Freelancers or Unskilled Team
In these days, you can easily find cheap services from all across the globe. They can even build your website in $20 only. 90% of those freelancers and teams are not having any single expertise in any domain. They just fool people and crook them. Now, who is culprit here? My answer is education system.
Indian education system is in a worst phase than any before. There are no any latest programming languages in vocational courses. There are plenty of Institutes and Universities, who is running for money only. They are just scum bug in our education system. They are ruining mass workforce into unskilled un-employment. For this kind of education system, who to blame, obviously Government. Why? Because they are creating a substitute in the form of private institutions rather than upgrading our system. In that case, the whole system is fail. It means Government is fail here.
If you are going to a private hospital for better treatment, in this case Government is fail here. They are creating substitute rather than upgrading their hospitals.
If your children’s are going to a private school for better education, in that case Government is fail here. They are creating substitute rather than upgrading their schools.
In every field, they have created a private substitute rather than upgrading government facilities. Now, in this case quality control is just a word. No one is following that. They just want to earn money no matter students are learning or not.
Now come to the point, unskilled work force is most dangerous for any country. Illiterate peoples are more knowledgeable than unskilled work force. In this case, you will not get any quality work and your business will go down in some days.
Internship for Making Profits
Many companies has set their moto of profit these days. They are hiring internships candidates from colleges or recruitment agencies. They have no intention to train them. They have just one intention is how to get our clients work done. Now these type of companies, please ask yourself, why are you doing this. In the name of cost cutting? If it is, then hire them, train them then assign them real work. You are just using the resources who is not build for the same purpose. How can you satisfy client with your work.
Due to too much price negotiation by client, the quality of work decreased. I request you all potential customers, users, business owners please do not do this. All this leads to the software developer's moral down.
